Information we collect

When you contact CUTVANE, we may collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company or brand, country, product requirements, project details and files you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review manufacturing inquiries, assess project requirements, communicate with you and improve our inquiry process. We do not sell personal information.

Files and project information

Design files, artwork, technical specifications and reference materials are used to evaluate the project you submitted. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

Service providers and analytics

We use hosting, security and email providers to operate the website. Website inquiry details are stored through Formspark and sent to CUTVANE by email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam. Send design files and reference materials directly by email or WhatsApp. Email sent to our brand address is forwarded through Cloudflare to our business inbox. Clicking WhatsApp opens a separate service governed by its own privacy policy.

Optional analytics and source information

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept optional analytics. It measures website usage and contact-button interactions in a dedicated CUTVANE property. Our page and custom-event measurements use published page paths and recognized channel labels, without arbitrary URL queries, inquiry text, contact details or file names. We do not enable advertising personalization.

After acceptance, we store your first recognized landing-page path and channel labels in your browser for up to 30 days. This source information can accompany a later inquiry, even after you move between website pages. Free-text campaign, content and search-term query values are not retained. Declining analytics does not prevent inquiries or WhatsApp contact.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to discuss the project, meet legal obligations and maintain business records.

Your analytics preference is kept in local browser storage for 180 days so that we can remember your choice. First-source information and analytics cookies are configured for up to 30 days. Once source information accompanies an inquiry, it follows the inquiry retention policy above.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.

Use the website’s “Privacy choices” button to accept or reject optional analytics at any time. Rejecting analytics stops our analytics collection and clears first-source information and accessible Google Analytics cookies in this browser. This does not delete information previously submitted with an inquiry or already collected by Google Analytics.
