Shipping & quotation scope
Samples are generally shipped by express courier. Shipping arrangements for bulk orders are agreed with the customer. Quotations generally include the garments and trims; shipping costs are confirmed according to the customer’s requirements.
For delivery to the United States or Canada, include the destination postal code and your target in-hand date so shipping options and costs can be discussed. Confirm the scope of development and revisions in your quotation; use the sample-cost guide to compare scope before comparing totals.

Can I split the starting MOQ across colors or styles?
Send the quantity breakdown for each style, color and size. Fabric, colors, construction and customization affect the final MOQ, so do not assume the starting quantity can be split across different designs. We review the breakdown before confirming a quote.
Can I start with reference images instead of a complete tech pack?
Yes. Send reference images or a product concept with your target quantity, fabric preferences and key measurements. The references start the discussion; fabric, fit, artwork, construction and branding specifications still need to be confirmed before sampling.
